Learn And Explore Yoga: Rising Learners Ages 11-13+

Join Malorie to explore beginner movements, focusing primarily on strengthening and stretching.

All classes will have some breath and mindfulness practice. Age guides are flexible, any age welcome in any class, and parents are welcome too!

No yoga mat required, though feel free to bring one. Come in comfortable clothes that allow you to move.

This is a complimentary class, but as part of registration, we invite each participant to bring a non-perishable food item to support our community pantry.
